My Cricut is no more. It decided to freeze up when I was updating it so I could use my Gypsy. Now it has gone to little Cricut heaven (or it might just be on life support since it still has a green light that comes on). It will be going back to Provocraft once I get the new one. Meanwhile I will have to make the best use of my dies and stamps. Hopefully I will have some beautiful new creations to share with you in the upcoming days.
Looking forward to positing something soon.

Birthday Card using Sizzix and Cricut
A co-worker had me to make this for a special young lady. The balloons and Happy Birthday came from a long Sizzix die. The Flower background came from a Cuttlebug embossing folder. The cake was a red Sizzix die. The border was from Fiskars, treading water I think. The florish behind the cake and under the girl on the inside are from Cricut Storybook as well as the 18th and the Adriana. I love the girl on the inside and Sizzix did a good job of making her easy to paper piece.

The first card is Cricut - Simply Sweet and Cricut - Lyrical Letters for the name. The second card is a thank you card with the new Cricut Cartridge - From My Kitchen with Labels from Spellbinders and the Thank You greeting from Cricut Cartridge - Lyrical Letters.
The name here is from Cricut Cartridge - Storybook. And the greeting is from Our Daily Bread's September 2009 friendship release.

Thanks
I thank all of you who have joined from the bottom of my heart.
Here are a few more projects. I'm going to put up scrapbook pages as well. I just haven't gotten around to it yet.

This was with Storybook and the Martha Stewart punch around the bottom.
I got the butterfly from Storybook and I think the Happy Birthday is from A Child's Year.
The heart is from Storybook, the label is too. The stamp is from Verve Stamps.

More Inspirational Cards
The mats that I cut on this card are from Cricut Storybook. The background paper is from the DCWV Sweet pack and I put pearls to make is look pretty.
Here is one of my favorite inspirational cards. There is no Cricut involved but I used Verve stamps and a Cuttlebug embossing folder on the tan cardstock mat. Verve stamps are one of my favorites because the fonts are so pretty and they make really good impressions.
Something different
I tried something a little different here and made a bouquet of diecuts for the shower of a coworker's wife. I liked making it but want to develop more in making details on the die cuts. I really liked working with the New Arrival cartridge.
Here is another view of it.
