Here is a sympathy or get well card. It could do for many different needs. I used a Tim Holtz Sizzix Embossing folder on the butterfly and the sentiment is from Our Daily Bread designs. I love their stamps. They are so appropriate for those who want to make religious cards. Their designers make beautiful cards as well. You can go visit their website at http://www.ourdailybreaddesigns.com/. The stamp set is called "Thinking of You" and can be found at http://ourdailybreaddesigns.com/thinkingofyou.html. They also have images that you can color for those who use Copic markers. Hope you have a blessed and highly productive week.

CKU Convention July 2010
Hi Everyone.
I just want to thank all of the new people that came by to visit because of Diane's posting. She is so sweet. I feel I met some of scrapbooking royalty. Her knowledge of Design Studio is beyond compare. Here is a little card I made a CKU in King of Prussia during July. I wanted to make more masculine cards and I loved this one. I found some brads that were great for older gentlemen. They were chunky and heavy weight. I also used paper from the Graphic 45 A Proper Gentleman Collection. I hope you like it.
Have a wonderfully blessed day.

Butterfly Card
Hi Everyone. I made a bunch of cards at the end of July and I'm just getting a chance to put them up. I was a bit hesitant about the patterned paper. I liked it but at first I thought I wouldn't be able to find an image that fit. This image is a butterfly from the Martha Stewart All Occasion Cartridge. I like it a lot. I embossed the butterly and used a bit of orange Coredinations cardstock to peep through the cutouts in the butterfly. I hope you like it. I put the flower to cover a bit of a stamping boo boo. That is why I cut out a U as well.
Have a wonderfully blessed day.

Thank You Cards
I have been looking at a lot of people's work online and have wanted to start distressing my cards. I haven't taken the dive yet. Sometimes I am hesitant about distressing cards because not everyone likes the older and more worn look. I have these simple A2 cards to share with you today. I made most with some Cricut and stickers from my stash. Have a wonderful day.

Wedding Card
This is a wedding card I created for a coworker. The wedding colors were orange and fuschia. I thought the redish color was fuschia before I saw it in the light. It is between fuschia and something else just I am not sure what. I used a Tim Holtz embossing folder on the Mr and Mrs. The cuts are from Cricut Sweethearts and another Cricut Cart which is escaping my mind right now.
Have a blessed day.

More Martha Cartridge Cards
I find the cuts from the Martha Stewart All-Occasion cartridge simple and elegant. They don't have too many layers and they look nice on cards. I sometimes have a little trouble with the borders because they have a lot of small holes to punch out but overall they are wonderful. I know that these borders will never give out like some of my punches have and you don't have to hurt your hand and try to align everything.
I hope you enjoy the following cards.
